We’ll start by taking a look back at sales in the month of April in Monterey. In April, there were 19 home sales with an average days on market of 42. Sale prices ranged from $780,000 to $4,350,00 with a median price of $1,450,000. The median sale price was 95% of the list price.
There were 14 condominium sales with an average of 24 days on the market. Sale prices ranged from $382,000 to $951,000. The median condominium and townhouse sale price was $510,000, which was also the median list price.
Looking at homes for sale at the start of May In Monterey proper, there are 29 homes for sale. List prices range from $699,000 to $5,495,000. The median list price is $1,750,000. There are only 12 condominiums and townhouses for sale at the start of April. List prices range from $375,000 to $1,449,000. The median townhouse and condo list price is $477,944.
