There were 4 condominium sales with an average of 62 days on the market. Sale prices ranged from $444,000 to $1,050,000. The median condominium and townhouse sale price was $535,000
Looking at homes for sale at the start of March In Monterey proper, there are only 19 homes for sale. I can’t remember a time that there have been this few homes for sale at a given time. List prices range from $769,000 to $5,495,000. The median list price is $1,469,000.
There are 4 condominiums and townhouses for sale at the start of February. List prices range from $430,000 to $811,000. The median townhouse and condo list price is $560,000.
